比如可以帮他们获取CID，可惜需要电话激活的不会，网页激活的估计大家都可以自己获取。

To pay for an account in the Web form of the CIDMS Professional utility, a certain amount of money is required.
A standard CIDMS utility account does not issue a free Confirmation ID (CID).
