As an alternative, if you still want to use the VOLUME edition, you can use the KMS key to activate

KMS activations are valid for 180 days (the activation validity interval).
To remain activated, KMS client computers must renew their activation by connecting to the KMS host at least once every 180 days.
By default, KMS client computers attempt to renew their activation every seven days.

After activating one or more licenses, you will need to backup the activated licenses.

MANUAL BACKUP PROCESS :
    1. Run Command Prompt as Administrator.
    2. Type "net stop sppsvc" without quotes , and hit Enter.
    3. Create a Copy of "C:\Windows\System32\spp\store" Folder!
    4. Keep this File "store" somewhere else.
    5. Replace the original "store" folder with the backup "store" folder (When you make a fresh installation).
    6. Choose: "REPLACE THE FILES IN THE DESTINATION"
    7. Reboot!
    8. Done!
