最近，在官方发布 1809 1 月更新官方 ISO 后，官方新更 1809 1 月更新官方 esd，以下贴出简体中文和英语的 esd 下载地址。
xml 下载地址：https://download.microsoft.com/d ... oducts_20190110.cab
解压此 cab 文件，可得 xml 文件，可下载所有语言的 esd 文件。本次 esd 文件名后不再带有 sha1 值。
这部分内容非常感谢 MDL 论坛的 oceansalt。
所有 esd 按照体系结构区分，其中 A64 为 arm64 版本，x64 为普通 64 位，x86 为 32 位。
